1) Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing tickets and attending the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase tickets.

2) Non-Refundable Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy. In the extremely rare event of show cancellation due to inclement weather, a new date will be announced within 60 days and your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

3) Animals and Products Sold by Independent Exhibitors

All animals and products at the New Jersey Reptile Show are offered for sale by licensed independent vendors, breeders, hobbyists, and businesses exhibiting at the event. The New Jersey Reptile Show LLC does not sell animals or products, except for official NJ Reptile Show merchandise.

Guests are solely responsible for evaluating any animal or product before purchase, understanding proper care, and maintaining responsibility after the sale. All purchases and resolutions are strictly between the exhibitor and the guest.

We strongly recommend that guests collect the name and contact information of the exhibitor at the time of purchase for any future follow-up. If you are unsure who you purchased from, our team will make every reasonable effort to connect you with the exhibitor directly.

4) Vendor Disputes and Liability

All sales and resolutions are strictly between exhibitors and guests. The New Jersey Reptile Show LLC is not a guarantor of any animal or product sold at the event and will not be held liable for disputes, expenses, injuries, losses, or issues arising from purchases made between exhibitors and attendees.

5) Assumption of Risk and Safety

Attendance at a live reptile show involves inherent risks. By entering the venue, you assume all risks associated with interacting with animals, vendors, products, and crowds. Always follow posted signs and staff instructions. Do not handle any animal without the explicit permission and supervision of the exhibitor.

6) Entry, Conduct, and Venue Policies

For everyone’s safety and comfort, guests must follow venue policies and staff directions. The New Jersey Reptile Show LLC reserves the right to refuse or revoke entry to any person whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

7) Photography and Media

By attending, you grant the New Jersey Reptile Show LLC permission to capture photographs, video, or other media during the event that you may be seen within. These materials may be used in future promotional content, marketing, and advertising for our future events.

We will have a professional videographer on site to capture the fun and showcase the experience. If you are featured in promotional content at a later date and wish to have your image removed, you may contact us at info@NJReptileShow.com, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

8) Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, and materials are owned by the New Jersey Reptile Show LLC or used with permission and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9) Third-Party Links and Information

Our website and event materials may reference third-party vendors and external links. The New Jersey Reptile Show LLC is not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties.

10) Privacy and Communications

If you purchase tickets or subscribe to updates, you agree that we may contact you with transactional messages and event information. For privacy details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the New Jersey Reptile Show LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your attendance at the event, your purchases from exhibitors, or your violation of these Terms.

12) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the site or attendance at the event after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
