By purchasing tickets and attending the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase tickets.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
In the event the show is canceled due to severe weather or other unforeseen emergency, a new date will be announced and all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event. No refunds will be issued due to postponement.
All animals and products at the New Jersey Reptile Show are offered for sale by licensed independent vendors, breeders, hobbyists, and businesses exhibiting at the event. The New Jersey Reptile Show LLC does not sell animals or products (other than official branded merchandise).
Guests are solely responsible for evaluating any animal or product before purchase, understanding proper care, and maintaining responsibility after the sale. All purchases and resolutions are strictly between the exhibitor and the guest.
Guests are encouraged to request a receipt and obtain the exhibitor’s contact information at the time of purchase, along with any relevant care instructions or applicable licensing requirements if not already provided.
All sales and resolutions are strictly between exhibitors and guests. The New Jersey Reptile Show LLC is not a guarantor of any animal or product sold at the event and will not be held liable for disputes, expenses, injuries, losses, or issues arising from purchases made between exhibitors and attendees.
Attendance at a live reptile show involves inherent risks. By entering the venue, you assume all risks associated with interacting with animals, vendors, products, and crowds. Always follow posted signs and staff instructions. Do not handle any animal without the explicit permission and supervision of the exhibitor.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, guests must follow venue policies and staff directions. The New Jersey Reptile Show LLC reserves the right to refuse or revoke entry to any person whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, strollers are not permitted inside the event. Infants and young children who would typically require a stroller must be held or placed in a wearable carrier at all times.
This policy applies to all attendees who have children receiving free admission, and will be strictly enforced.
Outside pets are not permitted. Only ADA-recognized service dogs are allowed inside the venue.
By attending, you consent to photography, video recording, and other media capture during the event and grant the New Jersey Reptile Show LLC the right to use your likeness for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without compensation.
We will have a professional videographer on site to capture the event experience. If you are featured in promotional content and wish to request removal, you may contact us at info@NJReptileShow.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
All website content, logos, graphics, and materials are owned by the New Jersey Reptile Show LLC or used with permission and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
Our website and event materials may reference third-party vendors and external links. The New Jersey Reptile Show LLC is not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties.
If you purchase tickets or submit your information, you agree that we may contact you with transactional messages, event updates, and future show announcements. You may opt out at any time by emailing us as info@njreptileshow.com.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the New Jersey Reptile Show LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your attendance at the event, your purchases from exhibitors, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the site or attendance at the event after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
