A: The first annual New Jersey Reptile Show takes place on Sunday, February 8, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at VFW Post 2179, 460 NJ- 36 Port Monmouth, NJ, United States, New Jersey 07758.
A: General Admission (Ages 6+)is $20 per person and valid all day (9AM–4PM). Children 5 and under are free and do not require a ticket at checkout!
A: Pre-purchasing online tickets are STRONGLY recommended. Limited door sales only if capacity remains.
We are close to selling out so we strongly suggest against waiting to purchase tickets at the door on event day!
A: Yes! Free on-site parking is available at the VFW Post 2179 parking lot.
A: Absolutely! The New Jersey Reptile Show is designed to be fun, safe, and educational for all ages. Kids will enjoy seeing reptiles, amphibians, and exotics up close!
Expect a wide variety of captive-bred reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates from trusted vendors and reputable breeders. Popular categories include:
🦎 Geckos (Leopard Geckos, Crested Geckos, Gargoyle Geckos, Tokay Geckos)
🐍 Snakes (Ball Pythons, Red-Eyed Morph Corn Snakes [Only], Milk Snakes, King Snakes, Boa Constrictors)
🐉 Lizards (Bearded Dragons, Uromastyx, Monitors, Skinks, Chameleons, Iguanas)
🐸 Amphibians (Frogs such as Pacman Frogs, Tree Frogs, Dart Frogs, Salamanders [legal species only])
🕷️ Invertebrates (Tarantulas, Scorpions, Roaches, Millipedes, Isopods, and other “bug pets”)
Alongside live animals, you’ll also find:
-Live & frozen feeders (rodents, crickets, mealworms, dubia roaches, etc.)
-Enclosures, cages, racks, heating & lighting equipment
-Terrarium supplies, décor, and reptile merchandise
A: Yes! The VFW Post 2179 will offer a snack bar with food and drinks throughout the day. (Cash/Card)

A: The show is hosted by the same experienced team behind the Saratoga Reptile Show in Saratoga Springs, New York, which has had 5+ sold-out events since 2022.
We only allow guests to bring ESA/Service certified pets. If you are looking to bring an animal of any kind, you must show your ESA/Service animal certificate with your name and pets Service Animal Identification Number. Please leave all pets at home if they are not service animals!
