Permit & Compliance Requirements
All live animal vendors must have a valid New Jersey Pet Shop Permit.
Vendors are responsible for following all federal, state, and local regulations. Links to NJ regulations are provided below for your reference:

Animal Health & Welfare Rules
- All animals must be alive, visibly healthy, and appropriately acclimated.
- Any animal deemed unsuitable or unhealthy by show staff must be removed immediately—without exception.
- Animals must not be overcrowded in display cages.
- All animals must be displayed in closed, secure containers or tanks that children cannot reach into.
2026 Vendor Registration Process
- Fill out and submit the vendor application form below and a member from our team will review and get back to you on approval. Our team will review your application to ensure compliance with our standards and to maintain vendor diversity.
- You will receive an approval or denial email within 1 business day. If approved, you can scroll to the bottom of this page under the vendor application form (on mobile devices) or in the sidebar column on this page (if browsing from a desktop) and purchase the amount of table(s) you have been approved for directly via the "Pay" button on . Please text our team at 732-427-4518 if you have not received an email for approval to purchase tables. Please make sure you provide information related to your business with the text.
- Table swill cost $75 for 1X 6FT table which must be purchased online with CC/Debit if approved.
- Approved vendors will receive an exhibitor packet with setup/breakdown times, parking details, and any special venue rules 2 weeks prior to the show event.
